DaLene Forester, PhD is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Redding California. Dr. Forester has a
private practice, is the Director, and a trainer at the Advanced Education Institute. AEI is a leader in advanced
education for the life long learner in the fields of Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work, and Psychology.
Her specialties include the treatment of eating disorders (Anorexia, Bulimia and Binge Eating Disorder), anxiety disorders,
and the treatment of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Dr. Forester also provides assessment, referral, and follow-up
services for Single Photon Emission Conputerized Tomography (SPECT) Brain Imaging trough the Amen Clinics.

Dr. Forester is currently seeking participants with Bulimia Nervosa to participate in a research study that will advance the understanding and treatment of Bulimia Nervosa. Certain eligibility requirements apply and participants must be 18 years old to participate. Participants who qualify will receive a limited number of treatment sessions utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). For more information please call 530-245-9221.
